Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2–5 business days after purchase confirmation. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to Canada, the United States, and selected international regions.

Shipping Times
Estimated delivery time varies by location:

Canada & US: 5–12 business days
International: 10–20 business days (depending on customs clearance)

Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Orders over a certain amount may qualify for discounted shipping.

Customs & Duties
International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes charged by their local authorities.

Packaging
We carefully package all products with protective foam and padding to minimize transit damage.

Shipping Issues
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at wwwaqua.ca@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue, including offering compensation or sending a replacement.
