How the Program Works

The WWWAQUA Creator Pool is a quarterly creator program designed to support and feature creators who thoughtfully share WWWAQUA setups within our community.

This is not a giveaway or a traditional contest.
It is a curated program built around creativity, presentation, and meaningful community impact.

Below is a clear explanation of how the program works, how creators are evaluated, and how creator rewards are allocated.

1. How to Participate

There is no application process.

Creators are considered organically when they:

• Share original content featuring WWWAQUA setups on Instagram

• Tag @wwwaqua or use #WWWAQUA

• Publish content that reflects care, creativity, and thoughtful presentation

All eligible content is collected and reviewed internally.

Participation is continuous and open—creators do not need to submit forms or sign up in advance.

All creator content is reviewed manually.

WWWAQUA evaluates submissions holistically rather than relying on automated rankings or single metrics.
This approach ensures fairness, balance, and alignment with the brand’s long-term vision.

3. How Creators Are Evaluated

Creator selection is based on a combination of qualitative and quantitative factors, including:

Creativity & Concept
Originality, composition, and how the space is interpreted

Presentation & Storytelling
Visual clarity, atmosphere, and overall execution

Community Impact
Reach, engagement, and audience response are considered as important reference factors

Brand Alignment
How naturally the content reflects the WWWAQUA aesthetic and philosophy

Reach and engagement are taken into account, but selections are not determined solely by view counts, likes, or automated rankings.

This approach ensures that both established creators and emerging voices are evaluated fairly.

4. Creator Rewards & Program Benefits

Each quarter, WWWAQUA allocates a total creator support pool of $5,000.

• At least one creator will be selected each quarter

• Each selected creator will receive a reward of $1,000

Depending on the quarter, additional creators may also be selected and supported.
Support may be provided as monetary value, product credit, or other forms of recognition.

In addition to monetary rewards, selected creators may also be considered for:

• Official features across WWWAQUA channels

• Long-term visibility within the Creator Showcase

• Future collaborations or creative opportunities

• In-studio features or curated showcases when applicable

The remaining portion of the creator pool, if any, will be allocated at WWWAQUA’s discretion to maintain flexibility and long-term sustainability of the program.

5. Quarterly Selection Cycle

• Creators are reviewed continuously throughout the quarter

• Selected creators are announced once every three months

• Featured works are archived and showcased as part of the WWWAQUA Creator collection

There is no fixed submission deadline.

6. Transparency & Flexibility

The WWWAQUA Creator Pool is designed as a long-term program, not a one-time campaign.

WWWAQUA reserves the right to interpret and apply evaluation criteria, adjust allocation structures, and refine the program as the community grows. Any updates will be communicated clearly.

If, in any given quarter, no submissions are deemed suitable for selection, the allocated creator rewards may be rolled over to a future quarter.
This ensures that creator support is awarded only when work meets the standards and values of the WWWAQUA Creator Program.
